Creating the brief:

  • We strongly believe in the value of a clearly written, well-defined brief that meets the objectives. This avoids misunderstandings and helps to ensure that overall targets, messages and budgets are adhered to
  • Clients have full input into the briefs, making sure that everyone can sign up to the final version.

Quality control:

  • Whilst final proof approval is the responsibility of the client, we do endeavour to check for literal content and offer a full proof reading facility upon request
  • As with costs, our supplier base is rigorously vetted to ensure that the highest standards are met.

Liaison:

  • You can rely on us to maintain close contact throughout
  • We supply regular progress reports at each stage of the process
  • You have a single point of contact on each project, but other members of the team are available to deal with urgent matters, if required.

Cost control:

  • We always adhere to agreed budgets
  • Any additional costs are quoted for, and agreed before they are incurred
  • Where work is not handled in-house our long established and carefullly vetted supplier base ensures that the keenest possible prices are sourced on your behalf.

Timings:

  • We provide detailed timing schedules when briefs and costs are being established
  • Schedules are regularly updated as the project develops, it's how we operate
  • We have always ensured that our systems allow for the tightest possible turnaround for projects, when required.
